My identity

    Your strength

    To improve

    To become a complete player

      Players who play like this

NHL and PWHL. Named as a style reference only, never depicted — no affiliation.

A starting point, not a label. Your profile will change — that's the point. Redo the exercise in three months.

      Step 3 ·

      How do you actually contribute?

Choose 4 items — the ones where you really help your team. Not the ones you wish you had. The ones you have.

What showsNo one counts it. Everyone notices it.

What countsIt ends up on the game sheet.

        For the coach

        5 profiles, all equally important.

        • No profile is better than another. There's no hidden top 6 here. A team made up only of Finishers loses.
        • The player chooses. No test, no calculation. He sees himself in a profile — and that already tells you a lot about him.
        • The profile is a starting point. Every card ends with what's left to build — never with a label.
        • The list comes from the Commitment charter. These are the same items you already use with your group.
        • Each profile points to two of the 4 roles. The player leaves with vocabulary you already use in practice.
        • Everything stays in the player's browser. No account, no server, no data saved.
